John utilizes his previous experience and management skills to meet business demands and support commitments to our customers. John has proven management skills with an excellent portfolio, many years of experience and accomplishments at the highest levels of success. He is a people's person and he is truly committed to his clients and the success of his organization. 	Harry Delafonte
	Harry's responsibility is to provide Helpdesk and computing repair support to our clients and administrative offices in New Jersey. In addition, Harry helps coordinate our support effort with the Information Technology teams. The Helpdesk is the customer service "window" to all services offered by the Bisner Consulting Services Information Technology Group (BCS-ITG). Harry is highly regarded by our clients and team, his easy-going, can do attitude say it all. His vast experience in the field makes him a very important part of our team. Harry graduated from DeVry University and his field of expertise goes from computer networking and troubleshooting to PC repairs.

	Oscar Corella
	Oscar Corella is a software development engineer with a strong electromechanical background. Oscar's expertise in JAVA programming, XML, ASP, and SQL SERVER 2000 makes him a key person in our organization. Oscar has created and worked in many web projects such as online multi-user Poker Room games, using C#, and multi-tier applications development with .NET Technology and Windows Web Services to improve our clients Company's growth, web traffic and promotion. Oscar graduated from the Formation Center Information Technology and Oracle University with honors; he speaks English, Spanish and French.

	Jason Schroeck
	Jason Schroeck is the Chief of the Design Department. His responsibility and dedication on each project is outstanding. He has a strong background in graphic and logo design, website maintenance and support. His creativity and smart design are shown on each of his projects. Jason always is suggesting ideas to the customer and going the extra mile providing excellence and premium services. Jason graduated with honors from Katharine Gibbs College in Piscataway, NJ with a Certificate in Visual Communications.

	Edwin Cabaccang is the newest member of the team. As our client database continues to grow, so does our need for more client support personnel. His primary role as a Help Desk Support Administrator in our organization is to provide our clients with reliable service that you can depend on. Edwin's work experience in seven years includes roles in Help Desk, Desktop, and System Administration for companies such as ADP, AIG, BMW, Pfizer, and Cendant. He is eager and ready to meet the high expectations our customers deserve. Edwin believes that there is no computer related issue too big or too small that can't be serviced with a smile.
